Shipping Policy
We know purchasing a product is all too exciting, and you want to know exactly when it's going to arrive!
Generally, all orders should arrive within 3-5 working days, depending on where you have requested the products to be delivered to.
When do you deliver?
Our couriers operate Monday - Friday between 8:00 & 17:00.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us.
Refunds
We will process refunds up to 48 hours after your order has been placed, unless your order is already on its way.
Any candle that has already been burned is not eligible for returns or refunds.
Returns
If your product arrives damaged please email us proof of goods arriving damaged as soon as possible. We may be able to exchange damaged goods, but this is case dependent and up to our discretion.
